Objectives:
Select a meaningful clinical/health services topic for your quality improvement project
Select a meaningful measurement for your project and define a goal for your performance and the gap you need to close to achieve the goal.
Organize and lead your clinical team in accomplishing your project.
Analyze an existing clinical/health services process.
List and analyze sources of variation in this process that contribute to the gap.
Identify, collect and appropriately analyze data for your baseline and post-intervention measurements.
Conduct PDSA cycles of improvement to address the identified gap(s).
